The delivered item is expired or spoiled.
Your order was not delivered.

Reason for the refund request
Once your request is verified:
A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, or
You may choose store credit for your next order.
We do not offer refunds for:
Perishable items reported after 24 hours
Products that were used or consumed
Orders with incorrect delivery address given by the customer
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
