1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item or damaged product.

  • The delivered item is expired or spoiled.

  • Your order was not delivered.

2. Refund Request Timeline

You must request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Photo of the product (if damaged or wrong)

  • Reason for the refund request

4. Refund Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, or

  • You may choose store credit for your next order.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Perishable items reported after 24 hours

  • Products that were used or consumed

  • Orders with incorrect delivery address given by the customer

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
